About Us
The Equestrian Greyhound is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. We operate under the name "The Equestrian Greyhound" and sell children's magazines and other brand-related products through our online store and at in-person events/pop-ups. Contact details: equestriangalgo@gmail.com
Products
We sell physical products exclusively: printed magazines, t-shirts (in kids' and adult sizes), stickers, posters, and postcards. We do our best to ensure that the images and descriptions on our site accurately reflect our products, although small variations in colour or size may occur (for example, differences of 1-3 cm in t-shirt measurements).
Prices and payments
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Please check our Frequently Asked Questions section for more details on delivery times and tracking.
For customers in Argentina: we occasionally arrange deliveries during trips to Buenos Aires. These deliveries are coordinated individually via direct contact and are not subject to the same timeframes as Royal Mail shipments.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where an item arrives faulty or damaged. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at equestriangalgo@gmail.com, including photos of the product and the damage, and we will help resolve the issue (replacement or refund, as appropriate).
This does not affect your rights as a consumer under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), which protects you in cases of faulty products regardless of our returns policy.
Use of the site
By using our online store, you agree to provide accurate information at the time of purchase (name, shipping address, payment details) and not to use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
